Anyone can stick a tile to a wall. The difference is what you can still see in five years.

Substrate first

Flat, dry, sound. We check falls, prime the screed and sort the boards before a single tile comes out of the box. Every failed floor we've ever been called to fix, failed underneath.

Set the floor out from the centre so both walls finished on a full tile. Nobody had done that before.

Where we work

Based in Cardiff, covering the city and South Wales. If you're outside this list, ask — we travel for the right job.

Before you ring

What does tiling cost in Cardiff?

Most tilers in the area work between £25 and £45 an hour, or a fixed rate per square metre. We price per job, not per hour, so you know the number before we start. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.

Do you supply the tiles or do I?

Either. Plenty of customers pick their own and we'll collect them on the way to site. If you'd rather we sourced them, we'll bring samples and handle the ordering.

Can you tile over underfloor heating?

Yes. Electric or wet systems both work, but the build-up matters — we use a decoupling membrane and a flexible adhesive so thermal movement doesn't crack the joints.

Will you remove the old tiles?

Yes, strip-out and disposal are included in the quote. We sheet up, keep the dust down and clear the waste when we leave.

How long does a bathroom take?

A full installation typically runs five to nine working days depending on size, tanking and whether we're forming a wetroom. We'll give you the dates up front and stick to them.

Are you insured?

Yes — public liability cover is in place and we're happy to send the certificate with your quote.
